All packages will begin your design with an initial consultation to determine your wants and needs. We look at your project together, discuss design and functionality issues, and look at your existing furnishings to see how they might be incorporated into your new design. I listen to your ideas and develop a plan for you. At this appointment, I will take photos and all necessary measurements of your space. This appointment usually takes between 1 and 2 hours and then I will create a design for you in my office.

 Consultation with 2D/3D renderings – $200 per room

§  We will create a plan for room(s) discussed during walk through and begin the redesign process with what you already own

§  Recommendations for purchases will be made

§  We will supply you will 2D/3D renderings and list of recommendations

§  The package is the perfect solution for do-it-yourself homeowners

Redesign Package 1 – $400 per room - Up to 3

§  We will create a plan for those room(s) discussed during the walk through and  begin the redesign process by creating 2D/3D renderings with what you already own.

§  We will review the renderings with you for approval (deposit required).

§  We will work from the redesign plan created and implement the desired look for  you up to and including moving all furniture. This includes moving furniture for you.  Your room will be transformed in one day.

§  Any changes needed to design during process are included

§  Recommendations for purchases will be made.

Redesign Package 2 – $400/3 rooms + $150 each additional room

       §  We will create a plan for those room(s) discussed during the walk through and  begin the redesign process by creating 2D/3D r                     renderings with what you already own.

       §  We will review the renderings with you for approval (deposit required).

§  We will work from the redesign plan created and implement the desired look for  you up to and including moving all furniture.  

§  Any changes needed to design during process are included

§  Recommendations for purchases will be made.

Shopping & Refinement Services —$100 per hour. This includes unlimited follow-up emails, texts, phone calls, plus on-site meetings as needed to complete the project

Paint Color Consultation and Selection- $75/hour (Included at no charge with acceptance of HCF painting quote of $3000+)

Decluttering, Organizing, and Packing Services- $75/hour Number of hours varies - includes planning and assistance for organizing, decluttering, garage sale planning, etc (Does not include materials).

 

A la Carte Interior Design Services:

Design Consultation / $200

In this fun, fast paced ninety minutes, you ask us questions on your design bucket list. We’ll take a walk through your home and address the areas that have you stumped. This may include paint colors, furniture, and/or accessory ideas. Be prepared to take notes!

Select Services at our Hourly Rate - $95 per hour (after Design Consultation)

·         Help with color palettes, fabrics, finishes (plumbing, lighting, tile) and selection of furnishings

·         Assistance with new construction and renovations, including site visits

·         Shopping for furnishings, home decor, finishes (plumbing, lighting, tile)

·         Home visits for measuring to implement custom services with our seamstress and upholsterer

 

*Customized quotes for open concept spaces that do not have defined rooms will be outlined at consultation.

*Additional team members may be needed for movement of large furniture pieces and will be quoted accordingly
